Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. We accept credit card payments via paypal. If you are shopping from anywhere outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Shipping And Handling
The minimum shipping cost for the first class service is £3.00 within the UK, £5.00 to Europe and £7.50 to the rest of the world.
Delivery Schedule
We endeavour to deliver your order right away, however 28 days will be the maximum you'll have to wait for goods from the shop but up to 6 to 8 weeks for services provided by Edwin.

Returns Policy
All goods must be returned within 30 days in the same condition as they were shipped. In the event of damaged goods in transit a claim will be made against the courier and the goods as well as the original packaging must be return for a full refund. Goods clearly damaged by misuse or rough handling by the consumer will not be refunded. Gemstones are delicate and should always be handled with care.
Readings from Edwin
The following is a list of topics that Edwin is unable to answer in all types of reading: paternity, medical diagnosis, financial investment, matters concerning relationships, communicating with the dearly departed.
The minimum age for readings and spiritual consultations from Edwin is 16.
Membership
Only purchases through the shop will be eligible for the membership discount.
Only workshops, readings etc produced by Ipssissmus and Edwin Courtenay are eligible.
The Reiki of Atlantis modules are exempt.
When your application for membership is accepted you will be emailed a username and password.
Whenever you make a purchase from the online shop you must enter your username into the appropriate box on the shopping cart to benefit from your discount.
Discounts cannot be given retrospectively.
Your discount level of 5% is for the life of your membership.
